As Time Stood Still in Cartagena

What is it about Cartagena that makes you want to come back time after time? Perhaps it is the charming old city adorned with little streets that greet you with lovely little shops and pretty balconies to ponder on. For me, it is a place where time seems to slow you down whether you want to or not. And no matter where you have been before, Cartagena is not a place that you will forget easily. We really love coming back here and although we have been many times over the years, there is always something or some place new to discover.
